More self-compassion: through re-parenting
Re-parenting ourselves can be an excellent way to feel more self-compassion and self-love.
The way we were parented affects how we end up treating ourselves as adults.
That's why it is so important to practice re-parenting ourselves, once we become adults.
However, to re-parent ourselves well we need to know what great parenting looks like, and that is why I had a chat to parenting expert Camilla McGill about this.
