I'm Becky and together with Michael we run Anxiety Specialists and have helped thousands of people with their anxiety. Much of my expertise in anxiety has come from working through my own anxiety, depression and trauma.

I love sharing my stories on our YouTube channel to encourage others that recovery and improvement is not just possible but inevitable when you follow the right process. Unlike Michael, I don't see client's one-on-one. You will find me in our online program helping our clients.
