Anti-Anxiety Diet Gummy Lollies

I realized changing my diet was going to make a difference to my anxiety.

But even knowing that, I had a big problem with making the necessary changes in my life.

These gummy lollies were a big part of making it a possible and lasting change.

Lemon, Honey, and Ginger Gummy Lollies Recipe:

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Honey
2 teaspoons of grated ginger (frozen to make it easier to grate)
2 tablespoons NuNaturals Gelicious Unflavoured Gelatin

1.Gently combine all ingredients in a small pot over a low heat using a whisk. We want it combined, not fluffy.

2. Stir till gelatin is dissolved completely

3. Pour the liquid into silicon molds

4. Put in fridge to set. Depending on the gelatin you use, it can take 15+ mins to set.

5. Remove from molds and store in fridge till you want to eat them (to be honest they go straight from the molds into my mouth and my son's. None are left by the end of the day, so storage has never been an issue).
